New Classes in 2015

Yoga Cross Train 
Wednesdays at 7:00 pm starting January 7, 2015
Enhance your performance in your other sports and other workout regimes through a regular yoga practice. This warm class to lengthen out your tight, over worked muscles and bring your body back into balance. 
  • Increase body awareness
  • Prevent Injuries
  • Increase flexibility and range of motion
  • Balance and stabilize
  • Decompress
  • Reduce Stress
  • Increase focus and mental clarity

This class is Warm 30 C - 86 F.  Humidity level in the studio ranges from 40%-50%.

Intermediate Yoga 
Thursdays at 6:15pm starts January 8th
Bring your self to a higher level of expertise by getting introduced the more challenging poses, the foundation of an intermediate practice, while enhancing the familiar poses with more detail. This class is designed for practitioners that already have a steady practice and are willing to take on the challenge.

This class is Warm 30 C - 86 F.  Humidity level in the studio ranges from 40%-50%.


All Levels Meditation 
Sunday nights at 8:00 pm starting January 11, 2015
For many meditation is this "weird thing" that hippies do. But meditation has many angles and can be practiced thousands of different ways. The most important thing to know, is that, there is a type of meditation for every person on the planet.
 
This class will have a some yoga postures to help prepare your body and mind for meditation and you will learn different techniques of meditation that you can practice in your daily life.

  • Promotes calm body and mind.
  • Provides cognitive and psychological benefits that persist through the day.
  • Rebuilds grey matter, which supports learning and memory Increased self awareness, compassion and introspection.
  • Increases practitioners overall well being and quality of life.

This class is non-heated
