Holiday shopping & class schedule changes

​'Tis the season to be with family! ​

I love and our teachers and staff very much, and although we all enjoy practicing yoga daily, I feel that it is important for everyone (including myself) to enjoy time off especially over the holidays.  We are reducing our schedule starting on December 20, 2015 until January 1, 2016. Don't worry! you will still have many opportunities to come to the studio for a little "YOU" time!

Sunday Dec 20th - 12:00 PM 
Tuesday Dec 22th  - 5:00 PM 
Wednesday Dec 23  - 7:00 PM  
Thursday Dec 24 - 5:00PM, 6:15PM and 8:00 PM
Friday Dec 25 - All Classes Cancelled
Saturday Dec 26 - 9:30 AM & 12:00 PM  - Special class at 10:30AM on Boxing day!

Sunday Dec 27th  - 12:00 PM 
Tuesday 29th  - 5:00 PM 
Wednesday 30th  - 7:00 PM 
Thursday Dec 31 - 5:00PM, 6:15PM, 8:00 PM 
Friday Jan 1 - All Classes Cancelled
Saturday Jan 2 - Regular drop in schedule resumes.

Doors are open 30 minutes before all scheduled classes

December 14-23
Monday - Friday  11:00AM - 2:30PM  &  5:00-8:30PM
Saturday & Sunday 11:00AM - 2:30PM
Doors are open for 30 minutes before all scheduled classes.
