Aerial Yoga - All Levels***
Playing and practicing yoga postures with an aerial silk can bring a new and fresh feel to your yoga practice. In this class we will create a well rounded all levels experience by incorporating many types of yoga postures, that create a space where you get to take flight and feel weightless. Aerial is light hearted, fun and will leave you hanging (in a good way!), and coming back for more.

Flow with Roll Release**** NEW CLASS
Leave feeling accomplished from the challenge of flowing yoga postures, paired with the release of ball rolling and self massage.
Flow yoga is where you move from one posture to another with the guidance of your breath. You'll practice a series of postures that include sun salutations, balancing, standing, back strengthening, hip openers and more.
Ball rolling and self massage releases deep tension in the muscles and promotes overall relaxation. No experience is necessary. You will leave feeling AHHMazing!
Flow & Restore **** / *
Get the best of both worlds in this class that begins with the invigorating pace of "flow" yoga followed by a blend of "Gentle", "Yin" and "Restorative" postures. The first half of class is flow which is made up of standing, balancing, strengthening yoga postures that create a workout for your cardio vascular system. The second half, will include slower movements and stretching to calm your body and mind to move you into a deeply relaxed state. Suitable for All levels
Are you looking for a more tranquil yet strong yoga practice? Slow your flow, give more time for breath, intentional movement and a peaceful mindset. This is a less strenuous flow practice consisting of foundational postures, put together in a conscious and mindful sequence. This is a full body fusion class! A proven workout that will reshape and firm your glutes, legs, arms and abs through strength building yoga postures with a health balance of stretching.
Spice up your life with this invigorating and challenging yoga experience. You’ll be led through a mindful and continuous flow of dynamic breath and movement that will leave you feeling strong, courageous and empowered. Vinyasa Flow will be have you sweating through a variety of postures including sun or moon salutations, standing, balancing, back bends, hip opening postures along with a strong presence of core strengthening.
We have rated our classes with a star system so that you know what to expect in regards to the level of difficulty. Lower star numbers mean the class is slower and easier. Higher star numbers denote moderate to faster pace and more challenging.
