Q: We've seen that you attend almost ALL of our different types of classes.
Is there a style / class that is your favourite?
A: I think I would definitely have to say that Slow Flow is my favourite. Even though the class is slow it's still challenging - and I like to be challenged! I have tried a lot of other classes, but I always seem to come back to Slow Flow.
Q: How has yoga helped your in your life,
off the mat?
A: Physically, yoga has helped my life by significantly improving my neck and back pain. I've also noticed an increase in my arm strength, I can do a "real" push-up now rather than a girl push-up! Mentally, I think I've become a little bit calmer, and a little more patient...
just a little bit haha, enough to notice a difference.
Q: Who inspires you the most, and why?
A: I would have to say my Mom, and my Brother. They are the type of people that you will never hear complain, that work the hardest AND have the biggest hearts of gold. They're very similar and very inspiring to me. My brother is a policeman, he has such a passion for helping people, and like I said, he has an absolute heart of gold.
