Break your fast with this amazing power smoothie! This is an easy recipe that will have you feeling satisfied and nourished until lunchtime!
1 Ripe Peach
1 Handful of spinach
1 cup of almond milk
5 drops of doTerra wild orange oil
1 tea spoon maca
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 scoop vanilla protein (or 1 tsp vanilla or piece of vanilla bean)
1 tablespoon vitamineral greens
1 cup of ice
Blend all ingredients and add water to create your desired consistency.
Drink all the way to heaven!!
