What was your first class like at Yogadown?
It was a good experience. Very welcoming, not intimidating at all, and met some great people!
What do you like most about Yogadown?
Welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Personable and approachable instructors and staff.
I also love the times we come out of class to find post-it notes on all our shoes, each with a different inspirational quote! I share them on my social media and call them my Yoga #FeelGood notes :-) Thanks, Shaelyn!
What inspired you to start practicing yoga?
I had always wanted to try Yoga for quite some time, but after long work hours of a highly demanding job were wearing me down, I knew I needed 'something' to alleviate the stress and find times to quiet my mind. Yoga helped me to not only de-stress and relax, but it is has also become a rewarding experience in being able to improve my flexibility, balance and overall mental and physical well-being.
Has your life changed since practicing yoga?
Yoga keeps me motivated to make time for myself on a more regular basis.
What is it about Yogadown that makes you want to continue your practice here?
All the great classes, staff and instructors. You instantly feel better just from walking through the door.
