Align and Breathe is open to all levels of students as it provides a deeper understanding of alignment and the principles of body mechanics. Feel the strength and flexibility building in each posture through longer holds and with accurate and integrative movements. This class draws from a range of yoga traditions that vary according to the teacher instructing the class. There will be an emphasis on breath and we will explore yogic breathing techniques that will support your well-being and management of stress. Slow Flow*** Previously known as "Gentle Flow
Are you looking for a more tranquil yet strong yoga practice? Slow your flow, give more time for breath, intentional movement and a peaceful mindset. This is a less strenuous flow practice consisting of foundational postures, put together in a conscious and mindful sequence. Postures will be broken down with proper alignment tips and how to modify for your body, leaving you feeling supported and strong. All levels welcome - including beginners. Flow & Restore***
Get the best of both worlds in this class that begins with the invigorating pace of "flow" yoga followed by a blend of "Gentle", "Yin" and "Restorative" postures. The first half of class is flow which is made up of standing, balancing, strengthening yoga postures that create a workout for your cardio vascular system. The second half, will include slower movements and stretching to calm your body and mind to move you into a deeply relaxed state. Suitable for All levels
Warrior Flow**** NEW CLASS
Spice up your life with this invigorating and challenging yoga experience. You’ll be led through a mindful and continuous flow of dynamic breath and movement that will leave you feeling strong, courageous and empowered. Warrior Flow will be have you sweating through a variety of postures including sun or moon salutations, standing, balancing, back bends, hip opening postures along with a strong presence of core strengthening.
