| I am a beginner, never been to yoga before. Which class is for me? |

Any class you are drawn to! If you can, try a gentle or stretch tone class, you will learn basic yoga postures at a slower rate in these classes. The Fusion class is a slower paced yoga class, with emphasis on the core – if you are up for a workout, try this one! If you want to jump right in with both feet and you have pretty good body awareness, try the flow. |

| I am not flexible at all. Is yoga for me? |
| |
Yes. We all start somewhere – and it usually is not at a flexible point! You will be pleasantly surprised how quickly your body will open up within a mere couple of classes. |

| What do I bring? |
| |
- a yoga mat (if you do not have one, you can rent one for $1)
- a bottle of water (available for $1 if you forget)
- a towel (available for rent for $1)
- comfy breathable clothing, bare feet & your smile! |

| What if I have an injury? |
| |
Let the instructor know. All of our teachers are trained to offer modifications for each pose. If you are recovering from an injury, start out with the restorative classes. |
